Cancellations

  • If the order has not yet been processed and packaged, customers may request a cancellation. However, a 4% fee will be applied to cover the payment gateway charges we incur.

  • If the order has already been processed and packaged (usually within 1–2 business days), a 20% order processing fee will apply.

  • Once the order has been shipped (typically after 3–5 business days), cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We only provide replacement or reshipment in cases where the product is damaged due to our error or during shipping.

  • Other than these cases, customers are not eligible for returns or exchanges once the order has been placed.
