Cancellations

If the order has not yet been processed and packaged, customers may request a cancellation. However, a 4% fee will be applied to cover the payment gateway charges we incur.

If the order has already been processed and packaged (usually within 1–2 business days), a 20% order processing fee will apply.

Once the order has been shipped (typically after 3–5 business days), cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns & Exchanges

We only provide replacement or reshipment in cases where the product is damaged due to our error or during shipping.

Other than these cases, customers are not eligible for returns or exchanges once the order has been placed.
