Cancellations
We aim to allow order cancellations without fees whenever possible. If the items have not yet been prepared, packaged, or shipped (usually within a few business days of payment), there are typically no charges. After this period, cancellation fees—determined by the supplier—may range from 0% to 30% or more of the order value, depending on factors like restocking, storage costs, or whether the order is custom. We always work to keep these fees as low as possible.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns must go through our customer service team. For identical items with defects reported immediately upon delivery and noted on the delivery receipt, a replacement will be provided at no cost. In other cases, returns may incur fees of 0% to 30% or more of the order value, plus shipping costs. Each case is reviewed individually, and we may make exceptions to best support our customers.
