1. Return Policy

Eligibility

A product is eligible for parts replacement or return within 2 days from delivery if:

  • It is different from what was ordered.

  • It was received damaged or defective upon opening.

  • Listed “In the Box” parts or accessories are missing.

Reporting Damage

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid images or video.

  • Reports after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Resolution

  • We may replace the affected part(s) free of charge within a reasonable time.

  • If unavailable, a full return and refund will be issued.

Product Disclaimer

  • Dimensions are hand-measured, so minor variations may occur.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to photography or screen settings.

  • Warranty/return does not cover minor imperfections that meet design specs or do not affect functionality.

2. Cancellation Policy for Renewed Products

Note: Free shipping applies only to completed orders. Cancelled/rejected orders after shipping will incur shipping costs.

Order Not Processed

  • Can be self-cancelled via your account or by emailing Service@spanailequipment.com.

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed.

  • If cancelled before processing, a full refund will be issued within 2–5 business days.

Order Processed

  • Once processed/fulfilled, orders are non-cancellable.

  • If delivery is refused, round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds are issued after the shipment returns and credited within 4–7 business days.

3. Return Policy for Renewed Products

A renewed product is eligible for parts replacement within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • It is different from what was ordered.
  • It was received damaged or defective upon opening.
  • Listed “In the Box” parts or accessories are missing.

Reporting Damage

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid images or video.

  • Reports after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Resolution

  • Damaged/ missing/ incorrect items will be resolved by sending replacement parts free of charge.

  • If unavailable, the product will be exchanged for a fresh unit.

Condition Disclaimer

  • Renewed products may have minor visual imperfections.

  • Warranty/return does not cover imperfections that meet design specs or do not affect functionality.
